S.I. man says cops sodomized him

A Staten Island man said police beat and sodomized him in February, while arresting him for selling PCP, according to the New York Post.

Staten Island University Hospital also confirmed that the alleged victim was treated for rectal bleeding, bruises and scratches five days later, the Post said.

Vincent Delgrosso, 26, says in a lawsuit filed against the city on Oct. 6 in Brooklyn Federal Court that officers stopped his car on Watchogue Road on Feb. 17 and arrested him for drug dealing. Then they beat him up – “just stomping on my face for four or five minutes,” he said.

He claims officers pulled down his pants, then stuck unknown objects in his rectum.

Officers also allegedly laughed, called him “faggot,” and threatened to shoot him in the mouth if he talked about the attack.

The NYPD said Delgrosso never asked for medical treatment, and did not tell them about the attack.
