Dr. charged in $13 million Medicare scam

Federal prosecutors say Dr. Emma Poroger, a resident of Great Kills with a clinic in Queens, charged Medicare $13 million for osteopathic services she didn’t deliver. She was one of 12 medical professionals arrested citywide in a general sweep.
